For the past six months, I have been actively bridging the theoretical gap between ancient Vipassana meditation techniques and high-throughput real-time web rendering engines.
The Hardware Interface Integration
Using a consumer-grade Muse 2 EEG brainwave headset, I intercepted the raw neural telemetry via a generic Bluetooth API. Specifically, I isolated the Theta ($4-8$ Hz) and Alpha ($8-12$ Hz) waves, which are the primary electromagnetic signatures of deep human neuro-relaxation.
React Three Fiber as a Bio-Mirror
I piped this raw telemetry stream directly into a Next.js application running a sophisticated React Three Fiber GPU canvas. The canvas consistently renders an autonomous fluid simulation.

What I built was a literal bio-mirror. When my mind became turbulent or distracted, the millions of 3D particles on my screen mathematically exploded into chaotic geometric shards. The immediate moment I re-focused my consciousness entirely onto the rhythm of my breath, those exact same particles smoothed out into perfect, glowing neon spheres perfectly orbiting the center of the camera.
